After having tried to pass my test with four instructors before I thought I would never succeed in
passing my test. I had come to accept the fact that I would be bussing it all my life with my masses
of school work rolling up and down the bus floor. This was until I was given Lenny and Lisa's number
by a friend in work (Stacey Ordish's mum). As soon as I spoke to Lisa on the phone, I felt like I was
speaking to an old friend and was instantly relaxed, giggling away with her for ages. Then of course I met Len, who is the most patient and relaxed man in the universe. He built up my confidence in no time and worked at a pace that was right for me, even picking me up in my school lunchtime for lessons! I started my lessons in late November and had passed both my theory and practical first time by mid April. I'm still on cloud nine now, darting around in my little car. If it wasn't for Lenny and Lisa, I would definately still be scraping my school work up off the bus floor. I can't thank them enough. They've literally changed my life. I've passed my test and had an absolute scream in the process, not to mention a terrifying moment, when a crazy person crashed into the back of me and Len but even then, Lenny and Lisa were like a sea of calm to reassure me.
If you want to learn to drive then you really must go with this driving school. Lenny and Lisa are ace and they'll make it their mission to get you through and reassure you every step of the way. When I passed I was so happy but also a bit gutted that I wouldn't see them so much! Be ready for random phone calls you two!

I was learning to drive with LWM for just under 3 months, I had lessons before but my confidence was really low and I gave up. When I started with LWM, Lenny and Lisa were very reassuring and gave me great support, with this my confidence grew. Lessons with Lenny were really relaxed, at a pace that suited me and very encouraging. Lenny is very friendly and easy to talk so we had a laugh in the car too. I started driving with LWM after my brother in law recommended Lenny as an instructor, I was originally looking at BSM, but he told me to give LWM a try instead.
Lenny is very relaxed and let me learn at my own pace, while encouraging me to progress to more advanced lessons. I always felt in a safe environment while driving, as I had confidence in him as an instructor, and I believe this allowed me to reach test standard more quickly than I expected to. The most important thing was you could tell that he actually cared whether you passed or not, and wanted you to do well – It wasn’t just another pay cheque.
His times were very flexible and the lessons were great value for money when compared to other driving schools I looked at.
I would definitely recommend LWM to anyone who is looking for lessons.

After months of taking driving lessons with another company my confidence was at zero and I was making no progress, I could not even imagine the day when I would be able to put in for a test let alone pass one. Talking to a colleague they recommended I speak to Lenny about taking lessons with him, he boosted my confidence straight away and every lesson I had I learnt more and more. I passed my test in February this year and I wonder how I managed anything before I passed. Lenny is a really relaxed and laid back instructor and gave me the confidence I needed. I was doing my lessons with another instructor before Lenny and although I had a couple of lessons I did not feel at all confident being in the drivers seat, until I contacted LWM driving school where I knew I would progress quickly. I felt confident in the car and confident driving. Lenny and Lisa were both great and supplied me with the tools I needed to pass both my theory and practical test. After being with a different instructors and being let down a lot I stopped my driving lessons for twelve months then I started with LWM. With Lenny my confidence was boosted. Every lesson was different and informative always learning something new while also having a laugh, as Lenny is quite a joker, apart from when it comes to driving and the importance of the Highway Code. With Lenny I passed both my theory and my practical test with only five minor faults with which your allowed fifteen and I believe that was down to the instruction that I received. Since passing I have been recommending everyone I know including my mate Mathew Johnson who used LWM and also passed first time on both theory and practical! I was one of those people who put off learning to drive all the time, knew I needed to learn but felt it was just a hassle until I started lessons with LWM. Lenny was a great instructor for me as he was always encouraging me and making me look forward to getting behind the wheel. I had a couple of lessons with other instructors with who I felt unsure and tense. With Lenny driving felt relaxed and I was constantly being encouraged to excel. I took my very first driving lesson with LWM and I was very nervous but as soon as I got behind the wheel Lenny made me feel so comfortable and made driving so easy I knew this was the driving school for me. They never gave up on me (third times the charm) and would always keep me positive when I failed my first two tests which kept me focused on passing, otherwise I would have given up. I started my lessons a few days after my 17th and once I got in the car on my first lesson I could see I was going to enjoy every moment of it. Lenny is very reassuring and patient which really made me feel a lot calmer during my lessons, and we would always have a laugh and a good talk. I was always eager for the next lesson and Lenny brings you through the process perfectly. I loved the fact that he tried to vary my routes for each lesson, and I found it a big help when he would be so flexible in where I would start and finish my lessons whether it was from sixth form or when I was on my way to work. During my lessons before my theory, Lenny would ask me questions whilst on the road which really helped me spot things that you may not normally notice which really benefited me. Even though I failed my first test, Lenny didnt let it get to me and encouraged me to stay positive, and im glad he did because I passed second time round with 2 minors which I was so happy about. I would recommend Lenny to anyone because I know they would be happy with him! I STARTED LEARNING TO DRIVE WITH ANOTHER DRIVING SCHOOL AND WASN'T LEARNING MUCH AND DIDNT FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO DO STUFF, I FAILED MY FIRST DRIVING TEST AND MY CONFIDENCE WAS REALLY LOW AND I GAVE UP, AFTER A YEAR I DECIDED TO START AGAIN WITH A DIFFERENT DRIVING SCHOOL WHICH WAS LWM, LENNY AND LISA WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME GREAT SUPPORT, I FELT MORE CONFIDENT AND PASSED MY DRIVING TEST FIRST TIME WITH THEM. I started my lessons with LWM in September and I was passed by the following year, Lenny makes you feel comfortable in the car, he has got so much patience which does calm you down a lot when you are in a fluster. I would recommend Lenny to anybody as I have already done so with a number of people. He taught my Boyfriend, and me and we both passed our practical test first time. Lenny and Lisa are very flexible and basically they will work with you, if you can work with them in return. I feel that Lenny and Lisa motivate you to do well and not to be disheartened when bad things happen, if you do become a member of Lenny and Lisa's driving school ask Lenny about my the tree accident when I first started my lessons. If you want to get your licence as soon as possible, here's the place you need to come to. LWM aim to do one thing, get you too pass your driving test. I did it in six months, whilst other friends I have took about 12-18 months. Lenny and Lisa were great and worked the lesson around me, so I could do it when I had the time (quite a feet considering I have two jobs!). Don't bother with any other driving school. LWM is the best, and you'll get all the skills, confidence and knowledge that you need to become a good driver. Thanks again guys.

I decided as soon as I had my 17th birthday back in October I wanted to get my driving licence ASAP. I started off with a local driving school, took my theory test within the first week to get me started, passed it first time. However my driving was going nowhere. I nearly gave up; I just didn't have the confidence. Then my boyfriend Chris recommended LWM after him and his mum passed with Lenny. I decided to give it a go in early March, having about 2 lessons a week. Lisa was really good at organizing lessons within my work hours etc and they were both really enthusiastic. Lenny makes you feel so relaxed it didn't feel like a chore anymore. I actually looked forward to my lessons! On Friday1st may, I had my test about half 10, the lesson before was excellent, really built up my confidence. I would recommend that time for your driving test, roads were clear and luckily it was a really nice day for me! I couldn't believe it when she said I passed! I started learning to drive with a large driving organisation who I thought would be really good, but ended up getting ripped off and after hours of lessons was still no further along to taking my test. My boyfriend gave me Lenny's number as he had passed with him first time. I remember my first lesson and was so happy that I was actually doing some real driving and not going through all the normal checks ... here's the pedals, here's the indicator (like my first couple of lessons with the previous instructor!) I passed my theory within a month of starting lessons with Lenny and was gaining confidence. It took me a few goes to pass my test as I was a nervous wreck each time and just went to pieces on the day! I was starting to get frustrated but Lenny never lost his patience with me and always asked me what I felt I needed more practice on and we would do it till I felt happy. I once remember doing about 10 emergency stops in Sainsbury's car park, I was actually ok with them I just liked doing them and probably sent Lenny home with Whiplash!!
I probably would've given up if I hadn't had Lenny for my instructor, he and Lisa kept telling me I would get there and they made sure I did. It really annoys me now when I hear people talking about their driving instructors and how they shout at them or how they won't put them in for their test, Lenny really wants you to pass and he is just as nervous as you and gutted as you are when you don't pass. I'm so happy I have finally passed; it's one of the best feelings when the examiner tells you you've passed! I really don't know what I'd do without my little car now and it's all thanks to Lenny and Lisa who were so patient and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone no matter what experience or confidence level you have, they're great! Thanks again guys.

I began my driving lessons in February with a local driving instructor, who showed little patience, after getting shouted at for the mistakes I made it knocked my confidence completely and I lost the motivation to learn to drive. It wasn’t until my friend, who passed first time, recommended LWM that I found the determination to learn again. I started my lessons with Lenny a month later, and I was able to pass first time by the summer. I would definitely recommend LWM to anyone. With Lenny’s encouraging and relaxed approach I was able to gain the confidence and skills to learn everything I needed to pass. I can honestly say I enjoyed every lesson. Lenny was able to adapt the lessons to a way which suited me, and I found myself learning so much every lesson and with Lenny’s help I was able to pass my theory first time. It was reassuring to be able to have a driving instructor who cared. The best thing knew how dedicated and committed he was to not only helping me pass, but also ensuring I was a confident, safe driver. I was able to learn to drive around a time that suited me and the lessons were definitely great value for money. I started my lessons with LWM on the day I turned 17, I was recommended to them by my brother Karl Flaherty and one of his mate’s Mathew Johnson who both passed with Len 1st Time. I was nervous to start but as soon as I got in the car all my nerves started to go, I was taken two and three lessons a week as I needed to get through it quick.
LWM where very reliable and worked around my schedule, every lesson was fun and enjoyable I passed my test 1st time and now have my own car and enjoying every minute of it.

After trying a driving school which gave me no confidence & made me feel that I was getting nowhere fast, I was given Lenny & Lisa's number by a friend who had passed through them. I was reassured that Lenny & Lisa were STARS & would make sure that I learnt how to drive plus have a giggle along the way. So I gave them a call & instantly knew I'd made the right choice as I gabbed away for ages with Lisa!
Overall what I recieved was a first class package that I don't think any other driving school could rival! Lenny was a fantastic, reliable instructor who was friendly & down to earth who made me feel at ease the minute I got into the car. Lenny took me out on lessons twice a week picking me up from school each lesson then dropping me off at home, never once where my lessons cancelled over the whole time I was learning.
Lenny is a brilliant instructor, he taught me at my own pace & is the most unbelievably patient man I have ever met. Not only is he patient but he is also calm too & believe me on a few occassions I gave him cause for concern but he calmly took a deep breath & then talked me through my mistakes!!! (Poor Lenny should be grey by now, ha ha!!)
Together Lisa & Lenny worked with me through the whole process of taking my theory & then my practical test, never once did they stop believing in me & gave me many phone calls of encouragement. Each step of the way Lisa & Lenny made sure that I felt supported & they were always at the other end of the phone if I needed them for anything.
Lisa kept telling me that my life would change the minute I passed my test & believe me it has! No longer do I have to trudge to school on two buses with bags full of books, I just get in my little car & I'm there!
I passed my test a month ago now & the day I passed was the best day ever, I was ecstatic! After failing twice through nerves it was the best feeling ever getting out of that car to tell Lenny I'd passed, he & Lisa were just as elated as I was & that is what stands LWM apart from the others. Lisa & Lenny genuinely care about you & want you to do your best, they don't tell you want you want to hear, they tell you the truth & support you throughout the whole process.
I already have recommended LWM to friends & hope that Lenny is still motoring away in a few years time because I'll be sending my daughter to him too!!!

I first had driving lessons at the age of 21 but I stopped at (unlucky) 13 lessons, lets just say I felt the instructor didn't have the patience or understanding that I felt was required. It took me another 15 years to pluck up the courage to go for it again, so at the young at heart age of 36 I took the plunge.
I had contacted a couple of driving schools before I had phoned LWM, recommended by a friend, but none of them put me at ease the way Lisa did. I really felt like it was old friends catching up with each other, a real people person.
On my first lesson I was extremely nervous and I did go to pieces a bit, but Len was calm and very understanding and I knew then that this was the driving school for me. Through Len's ease of instruction I quickly learned the basics of driving and progressed rapidly, I felt the diversity of the lessons that Len gave me added to boosting my confidence behind the wheel. If I needed to go over anything I was unsure of or wanted to move on Len would oblige. This was (for me) an excellent way to learn as it was at my own pace, I was comfortable and looked forward to every lesson. Saying that, I had given myself a time scale within which I wanted to pass my practical test, this was 12 months, I did it in 11!! A testament to Len's teaching.
LWM was very accommodating to me and was at the end of the phone if needed, Lisa would also call me to see how my lessons were going and that I was happy with the progress. This is customer care at its best. I would, and have, recommend LWM to anyone considering driving lessons, whether they are first timers or like me giving it another go.
I remember something Len had told me, that he not only wants to teach me to pass my test but to teach me to drive, and he did.

Walking down my road I would always see this little red car looking at me to start my driven lessons again. I had given up before, typical young girl any spare cash just to go out and party but as soon as I called Lisa I felt like id known her for years. She’s such a lovely woman laughing all the way through the call telling me I would do it and they had faith in passing me from the off! Then I met Lenny who is a little joker randomly telling me to pull over and then ask strangers to tell me to, PASS YOUR THEORY!! Haha Lenny new when I’d been eating sweets having my sugar rush especially with lollipops and being a girl racer. Oops! Anyway I know I’m going round in circles but my point is that they get to know you as a person and they become your friends forever. Shall I mention them wedding pictures Lenny? He he :) I would definitely recommend this Driven School! They are the nicest couple you will ever meet and I couldn’t of done it without them having faith in me and not letting me give up! Lenny was recommended to me by a friend because she was sick of my constant moaning about the driving instructor I was using at the time. She had learnt with Lenny, so I gave LWM a ring. Lisa was lovely and we gabbed for ages but she made sure that I had all the info I needed.
On my first lesson I knew that I had made a good choice!!! I had been having terrible trouble with a certain other driving school and Lenny was like a breath of fresh air, he was so mellow and made me feel at ease straight away. I used to really look forward to my Saturday morning lessons because all we did was laugh; I don’t know how I learnt anything!!!! I took my test after about three months of lessons (one per week) and passed first time. I was so hysterical that Lenny wouldn’t let me drive home!!
I would recommend LWM to anyone who wants to enjoy learning to drive, because Lenny never shouts, never tells you off and would never take you for a ride (ha-ha!).
My partner also passed his test after only a few lessons with Lenny and he had failed quite a few times before.

Two years ago I started learning to drive with a different driving school and thought I was one of those people who just were not made to drive as I just couldn't get the hang of it and did not enjoy driving one bit, I gave up after about 6 months and carried on using public transport, until a friend told me how good Lenny and Lisa were so I thought I would give driving another go as I had just had a baby and it would make life so much easier for us.
As soon as I spoke to Lisa on the phone I felt like I had known her for years, she was so friendly and made me feel less frightened and more excited about starting to learn again!! After speaking to Lisa I couldn't wait for my lesson!
My first lesson was brilliant and I took to driving really well and felt really comfortable with Lenny, it was then when I realised I would be able to drive it was not me it was the instructor.
I enjoyed my lessons so much I was counting down the days until my next!!! I never thought I would feel this way about driving until I met Lenny, he is an excellent teacher and a wonderful person, I will recommend him to everyone I know!
It didn't take me long and Lenny advised me when to do my test and he was right as I passed first time!! We were all thrilled and I couldn't believe I had actually done it!!
I now have a car and my life is so much easier, if it wasn't for Lenny and Lisa I would still be struggling on a bus with a pram and a load of bags!!!

Thanks to Len & Lisa for learning me how to drive. After being on the road before via a scooter I knew a bit of how the roads worked. But with going into a car I didn’t think I would be able to drive as there is 10 times more things to do than just rev & go on a scooter.
I still remember my 1st lesson behind the showcase cinema when it had been raining and roads were busy I remember Len saying to me I was already ready to go on the road - he said I was a natural. But I didn’t end up going out, as it was too busy. But it did happen not long after, and months later here I am on the road after passing my test!
I would recommend anyone to Len & Lisa who would like to learn how to drive! They give you great confidence and make you feel comfortable. And also a great laugh.

Thanks to both Lenny and Lisa, they have been so supportive and pushed me enough to be a confident driver. When I first started I picked everything up quick apart from the dreaded hill starts :S ha! But they were both great, Lenny would push me enough in the lessons and to book my theory and my practical test. And Lisa did just as much, with are many chats on the phone!
I would recommend LWM to anyone who wants a genuine, trustworthy company, with two great people to help you on your way. I failed my first time and I didn't waste any time in booking my next test were I PASSED! And it's all down to Lenny & Lisa :)

My sister recommended Lenny to me, as I was taking lessons with another school but not getting anywhere. Best decision I made, to give Lenny and Lisa a ring!
I was made to feel at ease at once and chatted away to Lisa as if we were old friends! Lenny was really patient as I wasn’t really confident even though I had been buzzing about on a scooter! Now after years on and off learning I finally did it!
Thanks to you both for all your support and encouragement, I would recommend LWM to anyone considering driving lessons, whether they are first timers or like me giving it yet another go!

When I was 20 yrs old I gave up on driving as I was not getting anywhere with my instructor, 9 yrs on I wanted to give it 1 more go, I was hoping this time I could find the right instructor for me.
I found Lwm driving school and called Lisa, Lisa was polite, honest, bubbly it was great talking to her she was very reassuring, for me that was a great start. (Thank you Lisa)
My dream was to be able to drive, so I could take my 1 yr old son on days out, I put in a lot of effort into driving, if something where worrying me Lenny would help me go over it, he was never impatient or stressed when I got manoeuvres wrong, any questions I had Lenny answered and there was a lot of questions lol.
Lenny kept things simple and to the point he’s encouraging, patient, honest and will help anyone, now he’s more of a friend than an instructor.
When it came to booking for my practical test Lisa was ready to help me book and find cancellations just as soon as I was ready.
Lisa and Lenny have helped me throughout with whatever I needed and I couldn’t ask for anything more I would recommend them to anyone
